Job description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic real estate sales team.

Role & responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets.

 Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities

 Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.

 Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in retail sales.

 Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills performance.

 Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that enhance retail property visibility.

 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail property clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

 Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

 Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Skills/Abilities

 Bachelor's degree is mandatory

 Proven experience in real estate sales Minimum 2 years, with a focus on retail properties.  Strong leadership and management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 In-depth knowledge of retail real estate market trends and regulations.

 Collaborative mindset

 Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Minimum 2-4 Years of Team Handling experience

Direct Sales, B2C sales, Hard Core Sales, Field Sales
