The/Nudge Institute is seeking an independent consultant for a two-month study focused on evaluating the work carried out by Fellows of the Indian Administrative Fellowship in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt of India. The study aims to document interventions, process efficiency, impact outcomes, and value addition to the implementation partners achieved by the efforts of the Fellows during their Fellowship tenure. The objectives of the study include: 1. Documenting outcomes by evaluating the impact of Fellowship activities on target populations, emphasizing economic empowerment, livelihood enhancement, and social inclusion. 2. Identifying best practices that have led to positive outcomes. 3. Highlighting challenges faced during implementation by both Fellows and implementation partners. The scope of work is divided into several key areas: 1. **Literature Review and Desk Research:** Conducting a thorough review of existing literature and policy documents related to the work of the Fellows, analyzing current implementation status, achievements, and challenges. 2. **Field Visits and Data Collection:** Conducting field visits to sample sites across geographies, using mixed-methods research approaches to collect data from beneficiaries, stakeholders, and implementing agencies. 3. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyzing collected data using statistical and qualitative analysis techniques, preparing a detailed report structured around the REESI+E framework. 4. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engaging with key stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives and presenting final deliverables to The/Nudge team and the Fellows.
