Position Overview: Bijliride is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Team Leader who can manage customer relationships while leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive both customer satisfaction and sales performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Respond to customer queries promptly with accurate information. • Assist walk-in customers and provide immediate support. • Promote Bijliride’s value-added services such as battery delivery and swapping. Sales Leadership and Team Management • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews. • Train team members on sales scripts, CRM usage, communication, and customer handling. • Guide the team to generate leads and convert them into customers. • Monitor sales metrics and ensure consistent performance. Customer Support • Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-ups. • Use CRM tools and SOPs for consistent and accurate information delivery. In-Person Customer Engagement • Guide walk-in customers through the rental and onboarding process. • Explain EV usage, safety guidelines, and service benefits. • Ensure excellent customer experience during in-person interactions. Reporting and Team Monitoring • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback. • Prepare daily and weekly team performance reports. • Provide insights to management for improving sales strategies and customer service. Skills and Qualifications Education: • B.Com, BBA, or B.Tech graduates preferred. Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a Team Leader in sales or customer support. • Experience handling voice, non-voice, or in-person customer operations. • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets. Skills: • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Strong sales mindset with target-driven approach. • Good understanding of CRM tools and performance tracking. • Ability to handle in-person customer interactions with professionalism. Languages: • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is required.
