Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Train team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer engagement. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Work closely with management to forecast sales and set achievable goals. Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Ensure consistent follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion rates. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Support team members in handling complex client queries and negotiations. Reporting & AdministrationPrepare and submit sales performance reports to management. Track KPIs, productivity, and team performance data. Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless processes. RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales Executive. Strong sales background with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications. Preferred QualificationsExperience in the specific industry (e.g., retail, beauty, healthcare, tech, real estate).
