We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader with strong expertise in sales and dermatology/aesthetic clinic operations. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional client experience, and maintain the professional standards of a modern skin clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support staff in closing sales.
Conduct sales training on consultation techniques, product knowledge, and service upselling/cross-selling.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate skin treatments and packages.
Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.
Clinic Operations Management
Oversee daily clinic workflow, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and front-desk teams to optimize scheduling and service delivery.
Manage inventory of skincare products and equipment, ensuring availability and stock accuracy.
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Team Leadership & Development
Motivate, mentor, and guide staff toward professional growth and performance improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric clinic culture.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and conflict resolution.
Customer Experience
Ensure an exceptional, personalized, and welcoming experience for all clients.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Consultant in a skin clinic, aesthetic center, dermatology practice, or beauty industry.
Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge of skin treatments, aesthetic procedures, and skincare products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make quick operational decisions.
Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or training in skincare, aesthetics, or related fields.
Experience working with dermatologists, laser technicians, or aesthetic practitioners.
Familiarity with CRM systems and clinic management software.
