Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Course Counsellor to guide clients in selecting the right skin and aesthetic treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of skincare and aesthetic procedures, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Counselling & Consultation
Understand client concerns and recommend suitable skincare treatments, courses, and packages.
Explain treatment processes, expected results, contraindications, and pricing clearly.
Conduct in-person and phone consultations for walk-ins, online inquiries, and leads.
Follow up with clients to encourage conversions and maintain high engagement.
Sales & Conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain strong product and treatment knowledge to support effective selling.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant services, skincare products, and treatment plans.
Keep accurate records of inquiries, consultations, and conversions.
Customer Experience
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for all clients.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with clarity and confidence.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Coordination & Administration
Collaborate with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth operational flow.
Schedule client sessions, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
Manage CRM data and ensure proper documentation of client information.
Participate in promotional events, workshops, and marketing activities when needed.
Requirements
Experience as a Course Counsellor, Clinic Consultant, Sales Advisor, or Frontline Executive in a skin clinic, aesthetic center, dermatology clinic, or beauty/wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, lasers, facials, and cosmetic procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
Ability to build trust and handle sensitive client concerns professionally.
Good command of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or training in dermatology, aesthetics, beauty therapy, or similar fields.
Experience handling high-end skincare programs and treatment portfolios.
Familiarity with medical ethics and client confidentiality.
