Job Description

Job Title: Skin Clinic Manager Location: preet vihar  Department: Operations Reporting To: Clinic Director / Management Job Summary: The Skin Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient staff management, and excellent client satisfaction. The role involves supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving business growth through process improvement and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinic Operations Management Manage day-to-day operations of the skin clinic efficiently. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of skincare products, medical supplies, and equipment. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client flow for smooth operations. 2. Team Management Supervise and lead skin counsellors, therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings. Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and productivity. 3. Client Experience & Customer Service Ensure excellent customer service standards are met at all times. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor client satisfaction and take steps to improve retention. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales of treatments, packages, and skincare products. Monitor daily revenue, targets, and conversion rates. Implement promotional activities, offers, and marketing strategies in coordination with management. 5. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure the clinic follows all legal, safety, and regulatory policies. Maintain proper documentation and reports as required by management. Ensure that all treatment procedures meet quality standards. 6. Reporting & Administrative Tasks Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and expense management. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate degree in any field (MBA or healthcare management is a plus). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managing a clinic, wellness center, salon, or hospitality environment. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and clinic operations (preferred). Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve conflicts smoothly. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Work Schedule: Full-time Weekends may be required based.
