Job Description: Sales Team Leader – Two Wheeler Division Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and motivate the two-wheeler sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership sales and market share. Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching to improve effectiveness. Handle customer interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing, service, and finance teams to support sales activities. Train new sales executives on product knowledge and sales processes. Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and present performance updates to management. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company standards. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in two-wheeler sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good understanding of dealership operations and sales funnel management. Ability to motivate team members and handle customer queries effectively. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
