Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales team performance, ensuring targets are met through effective coaching, training, and feedback. Oversee daily operations on the floor to minimize shrinkage and attrition rates. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by monitoring KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, LG. Ensure timely completion of tasks related to SLA management, including call monitoring and reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages team motivation, collaboration, and goal achievement. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in BPO/call center industry with expertise in sales team leading or similar role. Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, LG, CSAT, SLA Management, Target Achievement etc. .
