Position Summary:

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving sales performance of team, setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring streamlined reporting across multiple platforms. The role involves guiding the sales team to achieve revenue goals, maintaining efficient communication systems, and ensuring operational excellence across sales verticals.

Key Responsibilities:


1.Sales Strategy & Targets

  • Define and set clear sales targets for the team aligned with organisational goals.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.


2.Team Management & KPI Tracking

  •  Establish and monitor team KPIs to measure performance and productivity.
  •  Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  •  Conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.


3.Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate reporting across all verticals of CRM including

    Eliminators, HubSpot, and Fitway

    .
  • Generate performance dashboards and ensure timely submission of sales reports.
  • Analyse data trends to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps.


4.IVR Maintenance & Reporting

  • Oversee the functioning and upkeep of the IVR system to ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Track and report IVR performance metrics for efficiency and lead management.


5.Sales Revenue Generation

  • Actively contribute to lead conversion and closure of high-value deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the marketing and product teams for alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in sales leadership or team management, preferably in

    Health and Fitness industry.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
