Role Overview: The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Sales Officers, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves motivating the team, monitoring daily activities, ensuring lead conversions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and field reviews. Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Drive new customer acquisition and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the business development team to execute sales strategies. Track and report sales metrics, conversion ratios, and market insights. Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members. Maintain discipline, team coordination, and result-oriented work culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of sales or team handling experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
