Position Summary:
The Sales Representative – Employer Outreach will be responsible for driving new business growth by securing contracts with healthcare employers across the State of Karnataka & Delhi. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
● Prospect and qualify new healthcare employer partners through cold outreach, referrals, site visits, networking, and industry events.
● Balance inbound lead conversion with proactive outbound prospecting.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the company CRM, with accurate activity and follow-up records.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
● Understand each client’s hiring challenges, workforce needs, and organizational goals.
● Prepare and present tailored recruitment proposals and service agreements.
● Negotiate terms to secure long-term recruitment partnerships.
3. Relationship Building & Account Management
● Develop and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within each client organization, from HR to executive leadership.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
4. Marketing & Event Representation
● Represent Griffin Consulting Services Inc. at industry conferences, networking events, and healthcare association meetings to build brand visibility.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted sales materials, case studies, and presentations to support outreach.
5. KPI & Performance Management
● Consistently meet or exceed agreed targets, including:
○ Minimum number of new employer contracts per month.
○ Revenue and commission goals
○ Outreach activity metrics (calls, meetings, proposals)
● Analyse outreach data, market trends, and client feedback to optimise sales strategy.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales (including Medical Representative experience) strongly preferred.
● Proven track record of closing deals with decision-makers in a professional setting.
● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
● Consultative selling approach with a focus on long-term relationship building.
● Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
