Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling perfumes, assisting customers in selecting fragrances, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their fragrance preferences.
Recommend perfumes based on customer needs, occasions, and budgets.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Demonstrate perfumes and explain fragrance notes and longevity.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of perfume displays and testers.
Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions.
Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and inventory counts.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store SOPs.
Support promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma or Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (perfume/cosmetics preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
