Sales Operations Specialist

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Lead Engagement and Communication:

• Send introductory and follow-up messages to potential leads on LinkedIn.
• Maintain a tracker for lead responses and escalate warm leads to the Sales team.
• Support the Sales team with pre-sales coordination when needed.
• Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for all newly onboarded clients and coordinate closely with the Finance team.
• Liaise with legal or finance for contract vetting and closure.
• Maintain onboarding documents: PO/WO/Agreement.
  

Event Coordination

• Liaise with the event team to ensure the timely dispatch of materials and giveaways.
• Coordinate branding requirements, including logo sharing and visibility arrangements.
• Track and follow up on payments related to event participation and invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales vendors for data procurement and client gifting, and liaise with the marketing team for collateral updates and requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or event coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
• Prior experience in L& D, HR Tech, or event domains is a plus.
