The job: Associate-L&D

We are looking for an L&D associate to join our team. Understanding

what clients needs and diving deep into books and research articles, being able

to cull out relevant information and turning that into something useful for

clients, creating conceptual frameworks to make complex things simple,

creating a story board for a training workshop using the information gathered

are activities that give you a high. You are excited about taking these learnings

to learners, lead workshops, explain content and lead heavy duty discussions

with practitioners to help them get insights and tips and techniques. You are

ready for a long term career commitment and want to start investing now.


Key Responsibilities

Understand Client Needs

and development goals and propose tailored solutions.

• Content Research & Design:

o Conduct deep research into books, articles, and case studies.

o Develop conceptual frameworks to simplify complex ideas.

o Create storyboards and design content for training workshops.

• Facilitation:

o Lead and facilitate engaging workshops for global audiences.

o Drive discussions with practitioners to deliver actionable insights and

techniques.

• Innovation:

learning experiences.

• Travel: Travel 20-30% of the time for client workshops and engagements.


What We’re Looking For

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Avid reader of non-fiction, particularly in psychology and management.

• Passionate about learning and development.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial, Organizational, or Social) or

BBA/MBA with a specialization in HR.

• Some experience (including internships or college projects) related to L&D.

• A list of books you've read and loved – we value curiosity and a love for

learning!

• Strong writing skills – papers, dissertations, or PPTs you've worked on will be

considered a plus.
