Job Description – War Room Manager Position Title: War Room Manager Location: New Delhi Department: Sales & Strategy Reporting To: Director – Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 7-8 years (Minimum) in Sales Team Monitoring / Data Analytics / Field Force Productivity Key Responsibilities:· Monitor the daily performance of the on-field sales team through CRM and reporting tools. · Review sales team activity, including number of customer visits, calls made, and order value generated. · Prepare and present daily/weekly performance dashboards and reports to senior management. · Identify gaps in performance and collaborate with Area Managers to implement corrective actions. · Lead internal review meetings with regional teams to evaluate productivity and performance benchmarks. · Analyse sales data and market trends to suggest strategic improvements in field operations. · Coordinate with the IT/CRM teams to ensure smooth functioning of sales tracking systems. · Motivate, support, and mentor field sales teams to achieve performance targets. · Ensure implementation of SOPs and compliance with company field protocols. · Act as a central command center for real-time escalation and resolution of field-level issues. Required Skills & Qualifications:· Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. · Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a sales performance monitoring, analytics, or team management role. · Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. · Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting software. · Excellent communication, leadership, and team review skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
