About the Role: We are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content, including property walkthroughs, reels, lifestyle clips, and promotional videos that help us connect with potential buyers and close deals. What You’ll Do: Shoot high-quality property videos, reels, and short-form content. Edit videos with precision to highlight key features of real estate properties. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create content that drives leads and sales. Stay updated with social media trends to produce engaging and creative content. Deliver consistent, professional video output that enhances our brand. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the founders to drive our sales operations and growth processes . What You’ll Do You’ll be the right hand of the founders, ensuring that sales, outreach, and client success pipelines run like clockwork. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end sales operations, from lead capture to closure and renewals. Own CRM hygiene, ensuring every lead, deal, and interaction is updated and tracked. Coordinate founder’s sales activities , schedule demos, follow-ups, and maintain communication loops. Analyze sales funnel data, identify bottlenecks, optimize conversions, and generate weekly reports. Build repeatable systems, for scaling sales ops, onboarding, and client communication. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are process-driven but also love startup chaos. Have 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS or agency setup). Are comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion CRM, etc.). Have a knack for automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.). Are a clear communicator, both written and verbal.
