As a Manager - Sales & Operations at Biorev, your role will be to support the Business Development operations by focusing on Sales, Revenue Generation, workflow coordination, CRM/data management, dashboard reporting, and team performance tracking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily operations, sales, and revenue generation. - Maintain CRM accuracy and prepare performance dashboards. - Support demos and client communication. - Streamline processes across teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, revenue generation, process coordination, operations, or team handling in any industry. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - CRM knowledge, preferably in HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
