Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Noida. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication between teams. The role involves analyzing sales data, achieving the expected monthly revenue, optimizing processes, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. The successful candidate will also focus on improving customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
