Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Noida. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication between teams. The role involves analyzing sales data, achieving the expected monthly revenue, optimizing processes, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. The successful candidate will also focus on improving customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales operations or similar roles
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
