Aesthetica360 is hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to lead our team in Noida. This senior role is critical for growing both our multi-specialty clinic and our new academy, The Aesthetical Institute of India.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive revenue by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for both clinic services and academy admissions.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high standards of patient care, and a smooth workflow for both facilities.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales and front-desk teams to ensure a high-performance, client-focused culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a dual sales and operations management role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, or education industry is a strong plus.
• A results-driven leader with excellent communication skills.

Compensation

This is a senior-level position with highly competitive pay. Salary is no bar for the right candidate who can demonstrate the ability to grow our business.
