We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales and Service Engineer for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both sales and after-sales service activities for the region. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical know-how, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Sales Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bangalore region. Meet potential clients, understand their packaging requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide market feedback to the management on pricing, product trends, and competition. Technical/Service Responsibilities: Provide installation, commissioning, and after-sales support for packaging machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner. Conduct routine maintenance visits and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the internal service team for escalated issues. Maintain service records and customer reports. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 2–5 years in a technical sales/service role, preferably in the packaging machinery industry. Location Preference: Candidate must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
