Job Description

As a dynamic Sales Operations Executive at Ace Finepack Private Limited, a trusted leader in industrial packaging machinery and coding solutions across India, your primary responsibility will be to manage corporate sales operations, handle client orders from MNCs across the country, support marketing activities, and ensure smooth internal coordination for efficient execution. Based at our corporate office in Cochin, the role involves managing and closing high-value orders from corporate clients and MNCs nationwide. You will be directly involved in negotiations, coordinating with teams, occasional customer visits, and collaborating with the marketing department, including social media engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Managing B2B and MNC client orders for high-value packaging machinery across India. - Overseeing end-to-end sales coordination, including inquiries, quotations, order processing, pricing negotiations, and closure. - Leading internal coordination with sales, technical, service, and dispatch teams. - Independently making commercial decisions within defined guidelines to secure deals. - Acquiring and maintaining in-depth product knowledge of all Ace Finepack packaging and coding machines. - Coordinating with the marketing team and external partners for social media promotions and digital presence. - Generating sales reports, updating CRM, and regularly monitoring pipeline progress. - Conducting customer visits, product presentations, or virtual demos as needed. - Identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing long-term customer relationships. - Potentially leading or supporting a small in-house team for sales support and order execution. Candidate Profile: Education: - Graduate in Engineering / Business / Commerce. - MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred. Experience: - 3-8 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, sales operations, or industrial capital equipment. - Experience in dealing with MNC clients and high-value sales is desirable. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and multiple stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, and basic ERP tools. - Understanding of industrial machines/packaging solutions or a keen interest in learning. - Exposure to social media coordination or marketing support is a plus. - Willingness to travel for customer visits as required. This is a full-time role with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, provident fund, performance bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and weekend availability. Preferred location is Ernakulam, Kerala. The work is primarily in person.,
