Sales Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Executive – Sales to support sales operations through lead generation, customer coordination, data management, and system handling. The role focuses on process execution and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain sales leads through various sources.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead qualification and follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally with clients; ensure fluent spoken English.
• Manage and update data using MIS and HRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records related to leads, calls, and client interactions.
• Prepare and update reports as required by the sales and management teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong calling experience with excellent communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of

  MIS systems and HRM tools

• Proficient in record maintenance and data handling.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools preferred).
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
