Direct Sales Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales efforts for Arc Gouging Carbon Electrodes and Specialty Carbon Graphite Products in assigned territory
• Identify, engage, and develop new customers across various industries
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and technical support
• Conduct on-site visits to customer locations, providing product demonstrations and technical consultations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer needs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in

  Mechanical

  or

  Metallurgical Engineering

• Minimum

  3 years of proven experience

  in

  industrial product sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
