As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process and ensuring smooth post-sales operations. This role involves managing client relationships, addressing grievances, maintaining accurate data, coordinating offer letter releases, and handling invoicing. You will work closely with the sales and accounts teams to deliver a seamless and professional experience to our learners and clients.
• Client Handling: Serve as a point of contact for clients post-enrollment and ensure prompt support and resolution of queries
• Grievance Management: Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of client information, offers, and transactions
• Offer Letter Releasing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely generation and dispatch of offer letters
• Invoicing: Manage and process invoices accurately, in collaboration with the finance team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or related roles
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
