Job Description

As a Sales Operations Executive at Ace Finepack Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and closing high-value orders from corporate clients and MNCs across India. Your responsibilities will include handling B2B and MNC client orders, managing end-to-end sales coordination, leading internal coordination, making commercial decisions, maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with the marketing team, generating sales reports, conducting customer visits, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing long-term customer relationships. You may also lead or support a small in-house team for sales support and order execution. Key Responsibilities: - Handle B2B and MNC client orders for high-value packaging machinery pan-India. - Manage end-to-end sales coordination: inquiries, quotations, order processing, pricing negotiations, and closure. - Lead and guide internal coordination with the sales, technical, service, and dispatch teams. - Independently take commercial decisions within defined guidelines to close deals. - Gain and maintain product knowledge of all Ace Finepack packaging and coding machines. - Coordinate with the marketing team and external partners for social media promotions and digital presence. - Generate sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and follow up on pipeline progress regularly. - Conduct customer visits, product presentations, or virtual demos as and when required. - Identify upsell opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships. - May lead or support a small in-house team for sales support and order execution. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Engineering / Business / Commerce. - MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred. Experience Required: - 3-8 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, sales operations, or industrial capital equipment. - Experience in dealing with MNC clients and high-value sales is preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities. - Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and multiple stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and basic ERP tools. - Understanding of or interest in industrial machines / packaging solutions. - Exposure to social media coordination or marketing support is an added advantage. - Willingness to travel for customer visits when required. In this role, you will be based at the Cochin corporate office and work full-time in a fixed day shift with weekend availability. The job also offers health insurance, paid sick time, provident fund, performance bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. Please note that Telemarketing experience of 2 years is preferred, and the work location is in Ernakulam, Kerala.,
