Role Overview: You will be leading the Thiruvananthapuram branch of Game Wagon Rentals Pvt Ltd, ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment. Your role as an Operations Manager Branch Lead will involve managing teams and coordinating delivery, while also overseeing day-to-day operations and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate delivery teams effectively. - Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations. - Manage bookings, logistics, and customer interactions efficiently. - Track sales, performance, and inventory using Google Sheets & Excel. - Deliver exceptional gaming experiences to clients consistently. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or event management. - Strong communication and team management skills. - Exposure to rental or event-based services is an added advantage. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
