Prepare daily/weekly MIS & sales reports
Support invoicing, billing & reconciliation
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Tech & Product teams
Handle merchant queries/escalations (backend support)
Good Excel/Google Sheets
Basic analytics & reporting
Strong communication & coordination
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
