POSITION DESCRIPTION
HEADING: SALES OFFICER - CPD
PURPOSE
The achievement of distribution, display & sales objectives (Primary &
Redistribution) through effective management of RDS and their field force within
the values and parameters set by the company.
DIRECT REPORTS Manages his/her territory through a team of RDS and Salesman
POSITION REPORTS TO Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Business English / Local language
Degree level education
Formal education in Sales/ Distribution (preferred)
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
2 to 3 years of frontline work experience in retail sales
Exposure/ experience of DMS / SFA
Experience in FMCG if from outside of Zydus
Age: Not more than 30 years

Distribution build up including new sales channels

Induction, training and developing RDS and their sales force
