Role Overview:

field sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business for Home Loans / Loan Against Property through direct sourcing and builder channels.
Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Conduct field visits for lead generation, customer meetings, and documentation.
Ensure high conversion ratios by providing excellent customer service.
Achieve assigned monthly business and revenue targets.
Maintain adherence to bank policies, compliance, and process quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
0.6 to 2 years in any field sales (preferably in Home Loans / Mortgage Sales).
Qualification:
Graduate (any stream).
Two-wheeler:
Mandatory (with valid driving license).
Skills Required:
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
