* Adherence to PJP
* Meet Sales targets consistently.
* Responsible for secondary sales in the market.
* Ensure proper order punching using the company app.
*Covering existing dealers as well as identifying and appointing new dealers in the market.
* Increasing the product range presence in the outlets.
Monitoring target vs achievement on daily basis while ensuring the vooume targets are met.
*Monitoring and reporting competition activities in the market - products, schemes etc
* Keep close relationship with key dealers & influencers.
* Drive the influencer - Painter / contractor loyalty program by onboarding more users as well as encouraging for continued usage by scannning points.
* Conduct in-shop meets for educating painters as well as contractors about company's products
