Role Overview:
As the GM – Sales, you will lead and manage the entire sales value chain — Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales — for luxury projects under Reliance Builders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, nurturing high-performance teams, and building customer-centric systems. You will be responsible for positioning Reliance Builders’ sales vertical as a growth engine, ensuring brand-aligned customer journeys and delivering on conversion and satisfaction metrics.
