About the Role You’ll be the right hand to our Sales & Ops team—helping build our Dream 100 list, qualifying leads, tracking every deal end-to-end, analyzing margins, and even pitching in on SKU studies and government tenders. If you’re a self-starter who loves juggling data, people and processes, this is your chance to own real impact in a fast-growing B2B export business. Key Responsibilities Dream 100 & Lead Management Research and compile our top-100 target-client list Source and qualify new leads; hand off to sales reps Follow-Up & Client Tracking Check in with merchants on lead conversions, deal values, transaction counts and margins Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all lead/client activity KPI Reporting & Analysis Build simple Excel/Google Sheets trackers for: Total leads vs. conversions Average â‚č sale per lead Transaction volumes per client Gross margin per deal and aggregate Flag trends and suggest quick wins to boost numbers Buyer Support & GP Sheet Review Gather basic sales data from key buyers Help analyze SKU mix and GP sheets; highlight areas to increase their sales/margins Account Growth & Campaigns Identify top 5% clients; assist in scheduling review meetings Clean and segment email-marketing lists; support campaign execution Tender Coordination Monitor 1–2 relevant government-tender portals Prepare draft bid documents and track submission deadlines What You Bring 1–2 years’ experience in a sales-support, operations-support or business-analytics role Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas) Good communication—comfortable calling merchants and drafting emails Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to switch between tasks seamlessly A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn new systems (ERP/FMS, tender portals) Why Join Us Hands-On Exposure: You’ll touch every part of the sales cycle and operations Collaborative Culture: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership Show more Show less
