Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Cell Culture Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and related techniques . The role involves maintaining, handling, and optimizing mammalian cell lines to support research and development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in aseptic techniques, culture maintenance, cell-based assays, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and propagate mammalian cell lines Perform cell-based assays and viability tests(absorbance and fluorescence) Ensure sterile techniques and prevent contamination Document experiments, maintain lab records Work independently and as part of a team Write and publish scientific articles and book chapters based on research work Qualifications: MSc in Life Science, Biotechnology, or related field required Strong lab skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Experience with microscopy, cell authentication, and research publications is a plus.
