Job Summary:

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client correspondence.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track targets and prepare performance reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, distributors, and internal departments to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or related roles (experience in nutraceutical/pharma preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
