We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

with

3+ years of experience

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

new client acquisition, revenue growth, and headcount acquisition goals

within the Compliance and Processing Managed Services domain. This role requires a strong hunter mindset with proven experience in

HRMS, Payroll, and Compliance SaaS product sales in the Indian market

. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a healthy sales pipeline, driving new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.If you are passionate about sales, comfortable engaging CXOs, and have a strong background in SaaS product selling, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition & Business Growth
    • Drive new client acquisition for Compliance and Processing Managed Services.
    • Achieve business goals around new headcount acquisition and revenue generation.
    • Consistently hunt for new and large accounts across industries.
  • Pipeline Development & Prospecting
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
    • Qualify prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Sales Execution & Target Achievement
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
    • Create and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    • Track and analyze latest marketing trends, industry insights, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • CXO-Level Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations and business proposals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with company solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, HR, finance, and product to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Regularly align internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on HRMS, Payroll, or Compliance SaaS products in the Indian market.
  • Strong ability to hunt, generate leads, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to engage CXO-level executives with confidence and credibility.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
