Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B (Furniture Industry)Location: [City / Region] Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Director Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in B2B Furniture Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B furniture sales. The role involves managing existing business relationships, developing new client accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting our premium furniture solutions to residential clients, interior designers, architects, institutions, and channel partners/dealers Key Responsibilities :Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment (residential, hospitality, institutions, developers, and interior design firms). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement heads, architects, and project managers. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Project Sales: Handle large project-based sales (bulk furniture orders) from enquiry to order closure. Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior management. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Key Requirements :Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the furniture industry (residential, institutional, or hospitality projects preferred). Strong network of architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles for large projects. Good understanding of furniture products, finishes, and ergonomics. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
