HORECA & Corporate Focus: Drive sales to hotels, restaurants, caterers, resorts, corporate offices, and other institutional buyers. This role involves managing a team of Sales Managers, overseeing channel partner performance, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and proven experience in dealer/channel development within the refrigeration or kitchen equipment segment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Execution: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across territories. Lead a team of Executives and ensure performance through reviews, training, and mentoring. Strategize and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals. Channel Partner Management: Appoint, develop, and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and resellers across assigned states. Monitor stock levels, order flow, and working capital hygiene at channel partner level. Ensure channel partners are trained and aligned with Ice-boys product knowledge and brand standards. Market Expansion & Intelligence: Identify growth opportunities in untapped cities or verticals (HORECA, QSRs, Cold Chains, etc.). Gather and report market intelligence, competition benchmarking, and pricing trends. Support marketing activations, trade shows, and dealer events regionally. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key B2B clients including QSR chains, hotels, food service providers, and institutional buyers. Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely installation and support. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and MIS reports. Ensure credit policies, commercial terms, and company guidelines are followed by field teams and partners. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 3-5 years in a regional managerial role . Industry experience in commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, appliances, or industrial products preferred. Strong experience in channel development and regional sales operations . Proven team leadership skills with ability to motivate and drive distributed teams. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
