Job Summary:

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Execution:

    • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across territories.
    • Lead a team of Executives and ensure performance through reviews, training, and mentoring.
    • Strategize and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Channel Partner Management:

    • Appoint, develop, and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and resellers across assigned states.
    • Monitor stock levels, order flow, and working capital hygiene at channel partner level.
    • Ensure channel partners are trained and aligned with Ice-boys product knowledge and brand standards.
  • Market Expansion & Intelligence:

    • Identify growth opportunities in untapped cities or verticals (HORECA, QSRs, Cold Chains, etc.).
    • Gather and report market intelligence, competition benchmarking, and pricing trends.
    • Support marketing activations, trade shows, and dealer events regionally.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with key B2B clients including QSR chains, hotels, food service providers, and institutional buyers.
    • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
    • Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely installation and support.
  • Reporting & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and MIS reports.
    • Ensure credit policies, commercial terms, and company guidelines are followed by field teams and partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-12 years

    of experience in B2B sales with

    at least 3-5 years in a regional managerial role

    .
  • Industry experience in

    commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, appliances, or industrial products

    preferred.
  • Strong experience in

    channel development and regional sales operations

    .
  • Proven team leadership skills with ability to motivate and drive distributed teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
