Position Overview:

Head Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:

  Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Market Expansion:

  Identify and develop new markets, customers, and distribution channels across India.

• HORECA & Corporate Focus:

  Drive sales to hotels, restaurants, caterers, resorts, corporate offices, and other institutional buyers.

• Dealer & Distributor Management:

  Build, train, and manage a strong dealer and distributor network.

• Team Development:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve high performance.

• Marketing Strategy:

  Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build long-term relationships with key accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Competitive Intelligence:

  Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 1215 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, or capital goods.
• Proven track record of selling to the

  HORECA segment

  and corporate customers.
• Strong dealer/distributor network management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
