MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist to the Project in-charge in the assigned project by the management. Overall responsibility for leading the assigned projects. Study & Evaluation of Drawings to ensure specifications as per site requirement. Responsible for execution of site work as per stated drawing and specifications. Responsible for checking the Material Requirement at site. Maintaining records of materials received for construction monthly and submitting its report to the project head. Material evaluation, quantity confirmation as per proposed requirement for any bifurcation inform to Project Manager. Regular Material Monitoring & store visits for identification of any leakage / damage & immediate information to PM for processing claims & settlements. Conduction daily Toolbox Talk with Site team for work allocation, training & feedback. Conducting Meeting with Contractors, Store & Site Supervisor in the evening for the work executed during the day and work plan for the next day. Testing of material from time to time including cube test, soil investigation, pool out test, lateral test, polar test, electrical measurement, earth value test, cable beggaring, etc, Monitoring & assigning daily work to the team. Ensure site safety initiatives and Implementing at all levels of project execution. Preparation of Hazardous Identification Resource Analysis (HIRA) and get it evaluated from PM before site execution. Identification of Near Miss, documenting & informing the concern for necessary action. Share details for review on weekly basis. Responsible for aesthetic functions on site including housekeeping, tagging & demarcation, scrap disposal & resale., waste management at site. Implementation of 5S at site. Handling complaints of sites & closure of same (follow SOP if available). To maintain good working environment at site. Keep track of issuance of material per unit and submit utilization report to management. Participate in site audit every month and submit report to Project Manager. Responsible for team training on technical, housekeeping, costing etc. every month. Submission of Daily Progress Report daily basis. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, engineering, and execution of solar PV systems (Rooftop/Ground-Mounted). Review and validate solar system designs, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and BOMs. Conduct site feasibility assessments and technical due diligence. Coordinate with procurement, project management, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery. Oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols. Perform system performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality engineering practices. Keep updated with the latest solar technologies, regulations, and standards (MNRE, IEC, IS, etc.). Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy Engineering or related field. (Masters preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV projects. Proficiency in solar design software (PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) and MS Office. Solid understanding of electrical design, grid connectivity, and solar regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To review project schedule and get it approved from Directors. Responsible for fulfillment of project compliances as per the government norms. Reconciliation of every material in stage wise & it should be sent with the timeline. To verify contractor material reconciliation statement & should attach with their bills. Responsible for timely verification & submission of the contractors bill to concerned departments. Review of BOQ v/s consumption after stage wise completion of allotted project site. Conduction of regular Quality Checks monthly. Undergo final quality inspection before handover of site to maintenance team. Responsible for conducting monthly/weekly meetings with management. Responsible for meeting the company HSE standards, develop a well-trained professional & motivated team. Responsible for quality & quantity as per quality norms of raw material received at site. Verification of material requisition slip & processing of the same. Key technical adviser for Contractors, subcontractors, Supervisors and operatives setting out, levelling and surveying the site. Verify plans, drawings and calculations for accuracy & if non-conformance occurred, they must raise to concerned department. Overall Independent responsibility for the execution of project, management of labour, staff, & Client. Conducting fortnightly meetings at site with contractors & their own site regarding the progress of work. Ensuring materials used and work performed are as per required specifications and should ensure collection of materials test certificate from respective vendors. Ensuring that the team achieves the project's deliverable without unnecessary delays & follow up for same. Ensuring site safety norms with proper usage of safety gears. Conducting safety training at the time of induction along with frequent safety drills. Select, train, develop & review team at site in regular intervals. Any other task assigned by Management as and when required.

This includes preparation of single-line diagrams, layout plans, protection schemes, metering design, and equipment sizing. The role demands deep knowledge of applicable IS/IEC/CEA standards and hands-on experience with load flow and fault analysis tools. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Design: Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for 132/33kV and 220/33kV substations Perform load flow studies, fault level analysis, and relay coordination Design of busbar schemes, bay configurations , and switchyard layouts Prepare equipment sizing calculations for CTs, PTs, circuit breakers, isolators, transformers, etc. Design ABT metering schemes (individual & common) as per CEA/CERC norms Design of SCADA and RTU interface (IEC 61850 preferred) Review vendor drawings and provide technical clarifications Protection & Automation: Develop protection philosophies and relay setting calculations Coordinate with protection equipment vendors. Key Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.Tech preferred). 610 years of experience in EHV substation design (minimum 3+ in 220kV systems). Hands-on experience in tools like ETAP / PSCAD / Power World / Dig SILENT. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office. Familiarity with CEA Grid Regulations, CERC metering guidelines, IS/IEC standards. Knowledge of substation automation, SCADA, and communication protocols.
