Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and market-share targets.
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
  • Strengthen key account management and customer relationship programs.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Lead brand positioning, product marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Drive digital marketing, campaigns, promotions, and market communication activities.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop pricing strategies, sales programs, and channel expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to align business goals.
  • Define and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies.

People & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Set measurable KPIs, review performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction, innovation, and accountability.

Operational Excellence

  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and executive leadership discussions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 1520+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in revenue growth, brand building, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel sales and diverse customer segments.
