Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• • Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.

• • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (e.g., BFSI,

Healthcare, Retail).

• • Sell IT services such as software development, staff augmentation, cloud consulting, and

managed services.

• • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and

closure.

• • Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and delivering tailored

solutions.

• • Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc.).

• • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, tech leads) to create winning

proposals.

• • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and lead generation KPIs.

• • Track and report pipeline activities using CRM tools; optimize based on insights.

• • Monitor market trends and competition to identify strategic sales opportunities.
