Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Working Capital

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

CTC: 8,00,000 per annum (Fixed + Variable)

Department: Business Banking / SME Banking / Financial Services

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Working Capital to drive business growth by acquiring new SME clients and deepening existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of working capital products such as Cash Credit, Overdraft, Bill Discounting, BG/LC, and Term Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and onboard new SME clients for working capital finance.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for working capital products.

Conduct financial analysis to assess client eligibility and creditworthiness.

Liaise with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of proposals.

Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in SME or Business Banking sales, specifically in Working Capital / Trade Finance.

Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Role & responsibilities
