About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) business in the security and surveillance segment. The ideal candidate will acquire new OEM clients, manage relationships with brands, understand their contract manufacturing requirements, and contribute significantly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development

1- Identify, target, and onboard new OEM clients in the security and surveillance industry (CCTV cameras, power supplies, NVR/DVRs, accessories, etc.).

2- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through market mapping, industry networking, and outreach.

3- Understand client requirements and propose suitable contract manufacturing and product customization solutions.

4- Present company capabilities, manufacturing strengths, product portfolio, and pricing structures to prospective clients.

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Achievement

1- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the OEM vertical.

2- Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate business growth.

3- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to ensure competitive positioning.

4- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and long-term partnerships.

  • Client Relationship Management

1- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM clients in the assigned region.

2- Maintain strong business relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

3- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, supply chain, QC, and management) to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of projects.

4- Address client queries, product issues, or customization needs promptly.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

1- Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and implemented.

2- Provide market feedback to the product development team for new features or product adaptations.

3- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen OEM presence.


Requirements

Education & Experience - bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

3–7 years of experience in B2B/OEM sales, preferably in security & surveillance, electronics manufacturing, or hardware/EMS sectors.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of surveillance products (CCTV, NVR/DVR, power supplies, accessories, and IoT devices).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing OEM deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
