About the Role

strong background in industrial sales, casting/foundry workflows or Industry 4.0 solutions


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute

    Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies

    for new customer acquisition.
  • Prospect and qualify leads across the

    foundry and die-casting ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with CRM discipline.

Customer Engagement & Value Selling

  • Engage CXOs, Plant Heads, and Production Leaders to identify pain points in - Quality assurance, Traceability, Energy optimization, Vision inspection & defect analysis
  • Deliver

    tailored demos, proposals, and value-based pitches.

Partnership & Ecosystem Building

  • Build partnerships with OEMs, automation/robotics integrators, and system integrators.
  • Explore

    co-selling opportunities

    to expand market footprint.
  • Represent the client at

    industry events, trade shows, and seminars.

Revenue & KPI Ownership

  • Own

    monthly/quarterly sales & onboarding targets.

  • Provide

    market intelligence and competitive insights

    to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure adoption & retention.


Skills & Competencies


  • Proven track record in

    enterprise SaaS sales

    with consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with

    casting/foundry workflows and KPIs.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of

    Lean Manufacturing, OEE, Six Sigma.

  • Regional language proficiency depending on territory.


Education & Experience


  • B.Tech

    in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.
  • MBA

    in Marketing / Sales Strategy (preferred).
  • 5+ years

    of technical/industrial sales experience in:
  • Casting / Foundry
  • IIoT / Industry 4.0
  • Enterprise SaaS platforms
