Project Lead Developer

Your role will involve taking ownership of solution design, planning, and technical execution to architect and scale commerce solutions impacting millions of customers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and plans. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce marketplace solutions. - Ensure solution quality, adherence to architectural standards, and alignment with the long-term platform vision. - Own the technical solution planning, including technical roadmaps, dependencies, and integration strategies. - Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. - Facilitate technical discussions, identify risks early, and propose mitigation strategies. - Act as the technical point of contact for cross-functional teams during project execution. - Stay current with industry's best practices and emerging technologies to keep the stack modern and competitive. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience working in SAP Commerce Cloud platform. - Proven experience leading engineering teams in e-commerce or marketplace environments. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native development. - Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team development. - Background in agile methodologies and product-centric development.
