In your role, you will develop practical and versatile security requirements, architecture blueprints, and processes for the application and solution landscape in our public cloud environment. You will review, advise on, and approve security concepts for a variety of digital solutions across Swiss Re's IT landscape. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers inside Swiss Re's architecture teams, you will drive long-term cloud adoption within their core and functional IT departments. It is essential for you to ensure that the business domain architecture aligns with group security requirements and provide feedback on domain-specific requirements to the Security Team. Overseeing and assuring that security requirements are established and implemented during application development and adhered to throughout the application life cycle is a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will advance technical and organizational security competencies and adapt to emerging security trends, such as leading proof of concepts. You will be responsible for Python Development with strong experience in Python scripting. Your background should include expertise in network automation and orchestration. Having awareness or experience with any Network Services Orchestrator (e.g., Cisco NSO) will be considered a plus. Proficiency in YANG data modeling and XML for network configuration and management is essential. Experience with cloud-native development practices, such as Microservices and Containers, on any public cloud platform is preferred. Additionally, you should have experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Your main focus will be on Connectivity Network Engineering, where you will develop competency in your own area of expertise.
