As a Developer Lead in our esteemed organization, you will be spearheading the design and implementation of a cloud-native, multi-tenant enterprise solution using .NET Core and modern web technologies. Your role will be crucial in driving technical excellence, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and enhance enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 8.0, MVC/Blazor/Razor, and Telerik Controls. - Lead REST API design and development, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. - Design and optimize SQL Server database solutions. - Enforce API security standards, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive and user-friendly designs. - Guide microservices and integration design for seamless communication between APIs and third-party systems. - Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to maintain code quality and best practices. - Drive cloud-native strategies, including containerization and deployment automation.
